Maintaining your Spring Board
The Spring Board series is made of acacia wood, which has an elongated shape with rounded edges for a soft, organic look.
The chopping board is bordered by a juice groove, which collects juices when e.g. carving a roast.
To keep your chopping board looking nice for many years to come, make sure you wash it by hand and then air dry it.

Maintenance: Wood is an organic material and can warp over time. With the proper care you reduce the risk of this. Therefore: Always wash the cutting board by hand, never put it in the dishwasher. Make sure you wash all sides of the cutting board, then wipe o excess water and let it air dry. Always store the cutting board upright. To care for the wood, we recommend that you regularly lubricate the cutting board with cooking oil. Aerwards wipe o the excess oil. It is important that you treat all sides of the cutting board, as otherwise the wood can warp.
