Shipping policy

Items are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receiving your order (during busy periods, however, it may take a little longer). Our main shipping partners are UPS and GLS.

Once your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an email or text message from the carrier with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping is free on purchases over 79 euros. For all other purchases, the shipping cost is 10 euros.

Shipping time
Please note that the stated delivery time is an estimate. Usually, it will take up to 3 business days from the time you place an order until your package arrives.

Note: During busy periods such as sales, campaigns, and holidays, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you can no longer cancel your order, but must instead treat it as a return item.
