By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you are 18 years old, and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult make the order for you. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

ORDERING
www.springcopenhagen.com shop is open 24/7 all year. You must be 18 years old, and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult make the order for you. Please note, that the shop and the website might temporarily be down for maintenance.

In the checkout process you will need to fill in your details; like your name, shipping address etc. You can check the products and total amount during check out. When you have entered your information’s and are complete with your orders, clicked ok to terms and conditions, and pressed ok, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen. At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount on the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage (made to order products will be withdrawn immediately to begin the production), but the amount will be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further. Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the terms and conditions for your order.

SECURE PAYMENT, VAT, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you. Credit card fees can be charged by us. Normally all prices are listed including TAX & VAT. If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. All product prices, other services as shipping cost include tax (VAT). Please note that local VAT and customs duties might apply upon receiving your package.

We accept: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD.

Payment is processed via NETS and PCI-certified payment solution. NETS uses SSL-encryption. SSL is short for Secure Socket Layer and is a security protocol that ensures that data is encrypted in the communication between the customer, the Spring Copenhagen online shop and NETS. It is therefore not possible for third parties to intercept any credit card information. Furthermore, NETS is fully PCI certified. The purpose of the PCI standard is to have a common, international standard that defines a range of demands for storing, transmission and handling of credit card data – and how it should be ensured that the requirements are complied with.

DELIVERY
The shipping charge depends on your delivery country and your purchase amount. If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from receiving your order. Our shipments are handled primarily by UPS and GLS. When your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an email or SMS from the transport company with a tracking number and an estimated date of the delivery.

Note: During busy periods such as sales, campaigns, and holidays, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Larger orders: We ship your order with special carrier, depending on the country of delivery. You will be contacted directly by email after you placed the order with more information about delivery time and dates. Please allow 1-3 business days for packing. You will receive an email from our system or our shipping partner with a tracking number and a more specific delivery date.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES
If your order has been shipped from our warehouse you can not cancel your order. The order will be shipped to you, and you will have to handle it as normal return.

If your order has been sent from our warehouse you cannot change the shipping address or the contents on your order. The order will be sent to the original address, and you will have to handle it as normal return.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Spring Copenhagen prioritizes customer service highly. That’s why you can always contact us whenever you need help. Questions concerning online purchases at springcopenhagen.com can be sent to this email address: shop@springcopenhagen.com

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, between 09.00-15.30 (CET), and on Friday between 09.00-14.30 (CET). Telephone: +45 3168 5854.

Requests for information should be made to: shop@springcopenhagen.com. We try to respond within three business day. In busy periods, our response time might be up to five business days.

If you want to return a product, you have a 30-day right to cancel after you have received it. To return goods, simply print or fill in the return slip, which can be downloaded here.

Remember to put the return slip in the package you return the goods in.

NB: Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have a damaged or defective product.

The goods you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Any damage occurring during return/shipping of the goods to our warehouse is your responsibility. Ensure you pack the return goods well and securely, to prevent damage to the goods and the original packaging, which will affect the value of the goods. Save all your receipts and tracking numbers as proof that the goods have been returned. If the goods or the original packaging have been used or used more than normal to check them, you will be responsible for any loss of value. So remember to handle the goods as you normally would do so in a store. Once we have received the goods at our warehouse, you will be notified if they have suffered any loss of value and if the refund will be less than the price you paid. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if it transpires that the product has been used, has visible scratches or wear and tear, and if the original packaging is not intact.

If we accept your return order as valid and the goods can be sold again, we will refund you the full purchase price. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds are made to the credit card (or payment method) used to place the order.

Allow up to 14 days after receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

Warranty claims and defective goods

Spring Copenhagen’s webshop trades according to the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines provided by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Any warranty claim must comply with the Act’s rules, which means that you can claim concerning defects and deficiencies occurring within 24 months of purchase or delivery of the goods. This right does not include damage, faults or wear and tear due to lack of maintenance, ordinary wear or incorrect use. Warranty claims must be made within ‘a reasonable period’ after the defect is detected. A timely warranty claim is within two months of the fault being detected. If your claim is justified, you can have the goods repaired, replaced by a new product or a refund. This is decided on an individual basis, in consultation with our Customer Service Department. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have a damaged or defective product. The return shipment cost must be paid by you and is not covered by Spring Copenhagen ApS.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. These Terms and conditions are subject to Danish law, and any dispute in connection with these, the website, its services or its terms and conditions must be settled by a Danish court.

Spring Copenhagen works with a large number of different rights holders and designers to develop and provide various designs, products and concepts. Spring Copenhagen is committed to safeguarding the interests of rights holders globally, and all designs and products represented by Spring Copenhagen may not be copied, regardless of materials, shape and size. This applies to materials such as wood, plastic, plaster, steel, fabric and painted versions of existing designs. We have a strong desire to protect the originality of our designers, designs and our rights holders, and therefore any copy, change, copying (without separate and written agreement from Spring Copenhagen) will infringe our copyright and right of commercial use and can therefore lead to prosecution.

We have made a single exception upon request: We are delighted and grateful that so many share their interest and love of our different designs. It is therefore possible to make crocheted versions of our designs, as we see it as a tribute to the individual design. We have therefore made the exception that crocheted versions of our designs may be produced, but only for private use and only by written agreement with Spring Copenhagen. Under no circumstances is it acceptable for the crocheted versions to be sold or otherwise exploited commercially, unless it has been separately agreed in writing with Spring Copenhagen. If the crochet patterns are shared in online forums or groups, this must also be agreed in writing. Any violation of the above can lead to prosecution.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
