Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all competitions organised by Spring Copenhagen ApS (VAT no. 37156736) via our websites, social media channels and physical events.

General

• Competitions are organised by Spring Copenhagen ApS and are intended to create awareness of our brand and channels.
• Competitions are not created or run by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or other social media. They are neither sponsored, administered nor associated with these platforms.

Participation

• Participation is free and does not require a purchase.
• You must be at least 18 years old and reside within the EU or Norway to participate.
• You may enter once per competition unless otherwise stated.
• Employees of Spring Copenhagen and their households are not eligible to participate.
• For competitions held on social media, a valid profile on the relevant platform is required.

Winner selection

• Winners are drawn at random among valid entries.
• Winners will be contacted directly via e-mail or private message on the platform where the competition takes place.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Spring Copenhagen reserves the right to draw a new winner.
• Spring Copenhagen may choose to publish the winner’s first name and city/postcode on our website and/or social media.

Prizes

• Prizes are always sponsored by Spring Copenhagen.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• If you win a gift card, it is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used on www.springcopenhagen.com
• Spring Copenhagen reserves the right to temporarily deactivate or limit the use of gift card and campaign codes during special offers, campaigns or sales periods. The validity period will not be extended as a result.
• If a prize cannot be delivered as described, Spring Copenhagen may replace it with a prize of equivalent value.

Personal data & newsletter

• By entering a competition – whether online or offline – you provide your e-mail address and consent to Spring Copenhagen adding you to our newsletter. We always inform participants that entry implies this consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by contacting us at info@springcopenhagen.com.
• The newsletter contains inspiration, product news and special offers.
• We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is only shared with necessary partners (e.g. shipping providers) and deleted once no longer relevant.
• You have the right to access, correct and delete your data.

Reservations

• Spring Copenhagen may at any time change terms, cancel or stop a competition if circumstances beyond our control arise.
• We are not responsible for technical problems, printing errors or similar issues that may prevent participation.
• Participants who cheat or fail to comply with the rules may be excluded.
