Tonn-P.
Tonn-P's creations always had a strong and congruous appearance, while the design itself was functional and contemporary. His favourite materials were paper, wood and clay. It was only later in his career that he began working with metals such as copper, tin, silver and stainless steel. Tonn-P's products had an assured appearance, which was both congruous and typical of the time. He prioritised lightness, elegance and curved shapes over durability and practicality. For him, good design meant beauty, a smart or modern idea and a gorgeous material.
