The teapot comes in a beautiful creamy white that fits well into most classic homes with a focus on design. The cup, which is an obvious companion, is made in the same beautiful creamy white colour and forms a distinguished interplay with the round shapes of the jug.

The teapot is made for cosy moments

In 1932, Eva Stæhr-Nielsen began her long career as a respected and innovative ceramicist at the stoneware company Saxbo. In a short time she became head designer and worked closely with Saxbo's owner, glaze artist Nathalie Krebs, until the company closed in 1968.
During her career Eva Stæhr-Nielsen received a number of international design awards in Milan, Paris, Tokyo and the USA. Today, her stoneware designs are sought after by collectors all over the world.

Spring Copenhagen is working closely with Eva Stæhr-Nielsen's family to relaunch some of the unique and timeless designs she created in the years from 1932 to 1968.
